The St. John's MS Bike begins on Saturday morning at the Rotary Paradise Youth and Community Centre. Participants take in some of the best scenery the province has to offer as they cycle from Paradise to Torbay, returning to the centre for a BBQ at the finish line. Participants are encouraged to cycle at their own pace, and can choose from a variety of route lengths.

The Run for OneSight is a fun 5km and 10km run, walk, or bike in the beautiful countryside of Upper Stewiacke. The run is to raise awareness and funded for OneSight, a foundation thats provides vision care and glasses to those in need locally, nationally, and internationally. Registration for the kids run on Saturday, September 23rd will take place between 10:45 a.m -11:45 a.m. at Government House. The race will begin at 12:00 p.m. from Government House with the run taking place on the trail featuring a loop that will start and finish at Government House. Registration for this race is FREE and every participant will receive a medal!
