As the largest cycling fundraiser in Atlantic Canada, the third-annual Ride for Cancer brings together a community of riders to accomplish the extraordinary to do something bigger for cancer in 2017.

On Saturday, September 30, 2017, hundreds of participants will embark on an unforgettable and picturesque journey throughout the South Shore, riding in solidarity for today’s cancer treatments and tomorrow’s cancer cures.

With multiple distance options via trail and road, this one-day cycling event is for riders of all abilities and experience levels. All you need is a bike, helmet and a drive to make a difference for those facing a cancer diagnosis.

Everyone will meet in Bayers Lake on the morning of the event and then will provide transportation for you and your bike to your respective start line between Halifax and Mahone Bay (130/100 in Mahone Bay, 50 in Hubbards, 25 in St Margaret’s Bay). Then everyone will cycle back to Halifax and cross the same finish line.
